My mission is to help you move in a way that feels authentic, challenge yourself, and breathe life into your practice—and your life.

I teach dynamic, breath-driven power vinyasa flows that challenge both the body and mind. My classes are fluid, energizing, and designed to push limits while cultivating balance. Expect intentional movement, deep core work, and moments that invite you to tap into your inner fire.
