Evolve Yoga & Wellness

At Evolve Yoga & Wellness, we have a simple philosophy: provide our community with the guidance, space and resources needed to improve overall health—regardless of where you are today.  Located on North Dixie Highway in the NORA District of West Palm Beach, we offer a wide variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, and fitness, and wellness service centered around our Recovery Spa and Nutrition Kitchen.

We believe in a comprehensive approach to nourish the mind, body, and spirit and offer classes that are accessible to students of all levels. From absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, we're here to help you on your personal journey.

Our Recovery Spa is furnished with medical-grade infrared saunas and cold plunge pools to relax your nervous system and promote healing from pain and soreness.

The Nutrition Kitchen not only serves naturally-sourced fare, but hosts a number of seminars and workshops focused on food education and preparation.
