Explore the four basic principles of yoga—stability, strength, mobility and space. The class combines basic yogic philosophy with an introduction to the fundamental asana and flows typically encountered in more advanced styles. Appropriate for novice yogis or practitioners seeking to improve alignment and posture.

A slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically ranging from one to five minutes. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as the fascia, ligaments, joints and bones, rather than the muscles targeted in more dynamic styles of yoga. All levels welcome.

A vinyasa approach to asana that moves slowly and primarily includes foundational postures. This class is appropriate for those just beginning their yoga asana journey and for all practitioners who want to slow down and connect to the foundational elements of vinyasa.

INTRODUCTION TO YOGA 4-WEEK SERIES
Evolve regularly offers a 4-week intro to yoga series held once per week for four weeks. These classes are designed for the absolute beginner who is looking for a strong foundation in their yoga practice.
